    Butterscotch: Praline Butterscotch Raisin Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup butter, softened
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 1/4 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup butterscotch morsels
    1/2 cup yellow raisins
    1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

    Recipe

    Beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until blended. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; beat into butter mixture until blended. Stir in butterscotch, raisins and pecans until blended (batter will be thick). Spread batter evenly into a greased 10x15 inch jelly roll pan and bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes, or until top is golden. Allow to cool in pan and cut into squares.
