    BROWNIES:
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup pillsbury best all purpose or unbleached
    flour
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 egg whites
    or 1/4 cup refrigerated or frozen fat-free
    egg product, thawed
    2 tablespoons corn syrup
    1 tablespoon light irish cream liqueur
    1 tablespoon oil

    TOPPING:
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon light irish cream liqueur
    1 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping -- thawed
    1 tablespoon miniature semisweet chocolate chips -- chopped

    Heat oven to 350ºF Spray 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; mix well. In small bowl, combine all remaining brownie ingredients; blend well. Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread evenly in sprayed pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes on wire rack or until completely cooled. In another small bowl, combine powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon liqueur; mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate. 8 servings
