1 package spice cake mix (18 oz)
2 medium apples, cored, finely chopped (2 cups)
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces sour cream, room temperature
1/4 cup lemon juice
ground cinnamon


Recipe

Preheat ovent o 350ºF. Grease and flour 13x9 inch baking pan. prepare cake mix as package directs; stir in apples. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Remove cake from oven; spread cream mixture over top of hot cake. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer or until set. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool and garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
