    Chocolate: Triple Chocolate Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 package devils food cake mix
    1 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup water
    1/3 cup oil
    3 eggs
    4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped

    FROSTING:
    8 ounces white chocolate, cut up
    3/4 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup powdered sugar

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Gease and flour two 9" cake pans. In large bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high. Gently fold in milk chocolate. Pour batter into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center. Cool for 15 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely.

    Melt white chocolate in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. In small bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in cooled white chocolate until smooth and fluffy. Frost as normal.
