    Pudding: Apple Pudding Nut Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    4 cups apples, chopped
    1/2 cups nuts, chopped
    2 cups sifted flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 level teaspoons baking soda

    Recipe

    Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients and bake in an oblong pan at 350 for 50 minutes. Serves 12.
