    Peach: Fresh Peach Cake

    1 quart fresh peaches, plus juice
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 stick margarine, melted (1/2 cup)
    1 cup pecans, chopped

    Recipe

    Layer in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
