    Pound Cake: Peanut Butter Poundcake 2

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    5 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 cups flour
    1 cup milk
    2 cups chopped peanuts, optional

    Recipe

    With electric mixer, beat together butters and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Mix dry ingredients in seperate bowl. Measure out milk and set aside. Beat 1/3 of flour mixture then 1/3 of milk into creamed butter mixture. Continue until all ingredients are mix. Stir in peanuts. Pour batter into two prepaired loaf pans or one bundt pan. Bake in 325ºF oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
