    Mama's Sad Cake

    List of Ingredients

    4 eggs, beaten
    1 pound brown sugar
    2 cups Bisquick baking mix
    2 cups chopped nuts
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/2 stick butter
    2 cups powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe

    Beat eggs and blend in sugar. Add Bisquick, nuts and vanilla. Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking pan and bake in a 350ºF oven for approximately 45 minutes. Cool.

    Make Icing: Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake. Be sure it is cool.
