List of Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cups chopped mango
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups flour


Recipe

Mix cinnamon, baking soda & salt. Mix eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple. Mix mangos, walnuts and raisins. Combine all ingredients together. Pour into prepared 9"x11" pan and let sit for 20 minutes. Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes.
