    Upside Down: Pineapple Upside Down Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup margarine
    1 20 ounce can sliced pineapple drain
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1 yellow cake mix
    walnut halves
    maraschino cherries

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Heat margarine in 13x9 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar in pan. Arrange pineapple, walnuts, and cherries in pan. Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour batter into pan. Bake 45-55 minutes. Immediately invert onto serving plate.
