    Rum: Apricot Rum Cake

    1 18 1/2 ounce yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup oil
    3/4 cup apricot nectar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°F.  Spray a 10-inch Bundt pan with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and nectar; beat until well blended and smooth.  Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.  Cool in pan for 20 minutes.  Remove from pan; prick cake with a fork.  Pour Rum Glaze over the warm cake.

    RUM GLAZE
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup rum
    In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil.
