List of Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts

ICING:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla


Recipe

Combine dry ingredients, add eggs, oil, applesauce and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 325ºF for 45 minutes. Icing: Combine cream cheese and vanilla together in a bowl, slowly add sugar mixing with a hand mixer constantly until smooth.
