    Cream Cheese Fudge 2

    Tri-County Electric Cooperative Cookbook by Sharon Frank

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup pecans chopped
    2 tablespoons margarine melted
    8 oz cream cheese softened
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 lb powdered sugar

    Recipe

    Heat in oven until warm, 1 cup chopped pecans and 2 tablespoons melted margarine. Add powdered sugar to cream cheese a little at a time. Mix well. Add vanilla. Add warm pecans. Pat in a 9 X 13 pan and chill. Cut into squares.
