    Chocolate Butterscotch Macadamia Fudge

    List of Ingredients

    12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
    4 oz Butter cut in slices
    3 1/2 oz Marshmallow cream
    2 ts Vanilla extract
    2 c Sugar
    1 cn Evaporated milk (5 oz)
    1 c Macadamia nuts ( to 1 1/2) - coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 c Butterscotch chips - melted

    Recipe

    In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, butter slices, marshmallow creme, and vanilla; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine sugar and evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to boil. Boil for 6 mins, stirring constantly. Pour over chocolate chip mixture in bowl and stir quickly until well blended. Stir in nuts. Turn chocolate mixture into a well-buttered 8- or 9-inch square baking pan. Spoon on melted butterscotch chips and using a knife, swirl into chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until set. Cut into 36 squares. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
