    Cream Cheese Fudge

    List of Ingredients

    3 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 tablespoon milk
    2 cups unsifted powdered sugar
    2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe

    Combine cheese and milk; beat until smooth. Beat in sugar gradually; then blend in melted chocolate. Stir in vanilla, salt and nuts. Press into lightly buttered 8 inch square pan. Mark in 24 pieces. Chill until firm, then cut. Makes 1 pound.
