    Diabetic Fudge

    List of Ingredients

    14 1/2 ounces Evaporated milk
    3 tb Cocoa powder
    1/4 cup Margarine
    Liquid artificial sweetner = 1/2c. sugar
    1/8 t Salt
    1 t Vanilla
    2 1/4 cups Graham cracker crumbs -- * see note
    1/4 cup Chopped nuts

    Recipe

    * finely crush enough crackers to equal the amount called for in recipe.

    Combine milk and cocoa in 1 1/2 quart saucepan; beat until well blended. Add margarine, sweetener and salt. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup graham crackers. Cool about 15 minutes. Divide mixture in 32 balls. Roll in remaining graham crackers and chill. Yield 32 candies
