    6 tb Butter
    1 cup Packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup Milk
    2 1/2 cups Sifted powdered sugar
    1 cup Chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan melt butter; add brown sugar. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes; stir constantly. Increase heat to medium; add milk. Cook and stir till mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat, cool 30 minutes. Gradually stir in powdered sugar till mixture is of fudge consistency. Stir in nuts. Spread in a buttered 9x5x3-inch or 8x4x2-inch loaf pan. Chill. Cut into squares. Makes 1 1/2 lbs.
