    Amish Country Cookbook Vol III

    List of Ingredients





    3 pounds white sugar
    1 pint light corn syrup
    1/2 pound butter
    1 large and 1 small can evaporated milk
    1 pound english walnuts

    Recipe



    Put all in large kettle and cook until thick, stirring all the time. Beat until creamy. Pour into buttered pan and cool. Cut into squares.
