    Amish Country Cookbook Vol II

    List of Ingredients





    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup cream
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons chocolate
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Cook together sugar, cream, butter and chocolate; boil to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool without stirring. When cool, beat until light-colored, and drop onto waxed paper.
