    Eggnog: Eggnog Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients

    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    3 teaspoons butter, melted
    24 ounces cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    3 teaspoons flour
    2 teaspoons rum
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

    Recipe

    Combine crumbs, sugar & butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake in 325ºF oven for 10 minutes. Let cool on rack. Beat together cheese, sugar, cream & flour until smooth; beat in eggs, rum & nutmeg. Pour into crust & bake in 425ºF oven for 10 minutes. Continue baking in 250ºF oven for 45 minutes or until center is barely firm to the touch. Loosen cake from rim; let cool before removing sides. Can sprinkle cinnamon or fresh ground nutmeg lightly over top.
