    oreo cookies
    3 pkgs. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 C sugar
    3 eggs
    melted chocolate chips
    24 paper cupcake liners

    Recipe



    Place paper liners in muffin tin. Set an oreo cookie on bottom. Beat together 3 pks (8 oz.) softened cream cheese and ¾ c sugar until smooth. Add 3 eggs one at a time until blended. Spoon over each cookie. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 mins. Cool completly then drizzle with chocolate. Only thing I changed was using the boxed type of cheese cake mix instead of using the fresh cream cheese. But loved the oreo on the bottom.
