1 9-oz. graham cracker pie crust - (with 2 extra servings size)
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. sugar
1 C. sour cream
8-0z. container non-dairy whipped topping
2 . fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
14-oz.jar strawberry jam


Recipe

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sugar gradually, add sour cream, fold in non-dairy whipped topping. Spread a layer of glaze oer bottom of crust. Place strawberry slices over glaze & cover with remaining glaze. Spoon cream cheese mixture over berries. Place in refrigerator to set. Chill 4 hours.
