Strawberry: Strawberry Sour Cream Cheesecake

List of Ingredients

CRUST:
1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter

FILLING:
1 cup strawberries
3 eggs
16 ounces cream cheese
3 cups sour cream
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla



Recipe

Mix ingredients for crust and press into a 9-inch spring-form pan. Put strawberries on top of crust. Combine all other ingredients except sour cream. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Bake at 375ºF for one hour. Chill for 4 or 5 hours.
