Butter: Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies

List of Ingredients

1 cup butter (not margarine)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup miniature chocolate chips


Recipe

Melt butter and stir in the vanilla. Cool completely. In a large bowl, combine the flour and sugar; stir in the butter mixture and chips. Mixture will be crumbly, Shape in 1" balls. Place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake @ 375 for 10-12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen
