    2 cups creamy peanut butter
    2 cups butter
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups brown sugar
    4 eggs
    5 cups flour
    2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine peanut butter, butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs in a large bowl; mix until smooth. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl and add to butter mixture, stir to mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until dry around edges and soft in center. Remove to wire racks; cool. Makes about 36 cookies. Cooking Tips: Add 1/2 cup whole, toasted peanuts to this batter or use crunchy peanut butter for a change.
