    3/4 cup Margarine softened
    3/4 cup Peanut butter
    3/4 cup Granulated sugar
    1/2 cup Light brown sugar
    2 large Eggs
    1 t Vanilla extract
    1 2/3 cups All purpose flour
    3/4 c Quick-cooking oats
    1 1/2 ts Baking soda
    1/2 t Salt
    12 oz M&m's semi-sweet chocolate candy

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large mixing bowl, cream margarine, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in M&M Semi-sweet chocolate candies until evenly blended. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 - 12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks. Store in tightly covered container. Makes about 3 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.
