    8 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    4 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons corn syrup
    1 1/4 cups cake flour
    1 teaspoon grated ginger root

    Recipe



    Mix (blend) everything but the flour in a large bowl for 5 minutes. Add the flour, and continue to mix for another 5 minutes. Line the pan (9 x 13 x 2) with waxed paper, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350ºF.
