List of Ingredients

1/2 cup cold water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup milk, heated to boiling
3 cups cold milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup sugar



Recipe


Place 1/2 c. cold milk and gelatin in blender. Cover and process on low to soften gelatin. Remove feeder cap and add hot milk. Process until gelatin is dissolved. If gelatin clings to container, stop blender, then scrape down sides with spatula. When gelatin is dissolved, add sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Cover and process on low until mixed. Pour mix into cream canister. Add 3 c. cold milk and stir; freeze as directed.
