    Coconut: Baked Coconut Cream Pie

    Amish Country Cookbook Vol III

    List of Ingredients

    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup corn syrup
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon flour
    2 teaspoons melted butter
    1 cup coconut

    Recipe

    Mix ingredients well. Put in 9" pie crust and bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes to one hour.
