    1 Keebler graham pie crust
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    2 eggs
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    3 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup Keebler rainbow chips deluxe, chopped

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk. Bake on baking sheet until light brown, about 5 minutes. Beat eggs and salt until thick, about 5 minutes. Gradually beat in brown sugar, chocolate and vanilla. Stir in cookies, reserving some for garnish. Pour into crust on baking sheet. Top with reserved chopped cookies. Bake 20 minutes. Cool.
