    Coffee: Cappuccino Cheese Pie

    1 unbaked pastry shell, pricked (9")
    3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
    1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    whipping cream

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake pastry shell 15 minutes and remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325ºF. Combine liqueur and coffee, stirring until coffee dissolves. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, liqueur mix and cocoa; mix well. Pour into baked pastry shell. Bake 40 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Serve with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
