    Cherry: Cherry Crumb Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 package sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding
    1 package cherry jello
    1/2 cup water
    1 can tart red cherries, undrained
    1 Keebler graham piecrust
    6 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
    2 tablespoons sugar twin
    2 tablespoons chopped pecans

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. In medium saucepan, combine dry pudding, jello and water; stir in undrained cherries. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, til thickens and starts to boil; be careful not to crush the cherries. Place pan on wire rack and let set 5 minutes. Spoon cherry mix into piecrust. In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar twin and pecans; evenly sprinkle over top of pie. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Place on wire rack to allow to cool completely. Cut into 8 servings.
