    Coconut: Chilly Coconut Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 3 ounce pack cream cheese -- softened
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon almond extract
    1 cup flaked coconut
    1 8 ounce carton frozen whipped topping -- thawed
    1 9 inch graham cracker crust

    Recipe

    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and extract. Fold in coconut and whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings. Can keep extras stored in freezer for unexpected guests.
