Chocolate: Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1 3/4 cups milk, divided
1 container cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
4 ounces instant chocolate pudding
mini chocolate chips, optional


Recipe

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar & 1 T. milk until smooth. Gently stir in 1/2 of the cool whip. Spread evenly into crust. In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix & remaining milk on low speed for 2 min. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip. Chill. Just before serving, garnish with chocolate chips, if desired.
