    Chocolate: Chocolate French Silk Wedges

    List of Ingredients

    CRUST:
    3/4 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/2 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
    1/4 cup butter, melted

    FILLING:
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    3/4 cup butter, softened
    3 eggs
    3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted, cooled
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 375ºF. In small bowl, combine crust ingredients; mix well. Press firmly in bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes. In medium bowl, cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating at medium speed for 2 minutes after each addition. Blend in chocolate and vanilla, mixing well. Pour into crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until served. Loosen edges; remove sides of pan. Cut into wedges; garnish with white chocolate decorations. Serves 16.
