    Chocolate: Chocolate Turtle Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
    1 Keebler chocolate piecrust
    3/4 cup pecan halves
    1 package instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz)
    1 1/2 cups cold milk
    1 3/4 cups cool whip lite

    Recipe

    In small saucepan, bring caramel to boil, stirring constantly. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle pecans on top and chill. Prepare pudding with milk according to package directions. Pour into pie crust; place plastic wrap on surface of filling. Chill for 3 hours, then remove plastic wrap. Spread whipped topping over pie. Yield: 8 servings.
