    Peach: Coconut Peach Pie

    List of Ingredients

    4 cups sliced peaches, divided
    1 3/4 cups cold milk
    3 ounces instant coconut cream pudding mix
    1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
    1 cup cool whip, thawed

    Recipe

    If using frozen peaches, thaw and pat dry with paper towels. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Arrange a third of the peaches in crust; top with half of the pudding. Repeat layers once. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until serving.Top with remaining peaches. Garnish with whipped topping and
    additional peaches if desired. Yield: 8 servings
