    Coconut: Dump Coconut Custard Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups milk
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 cup shredded coconut meat
    4 whole eggs
    1 stick butter

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 425ºF. Dump all ingredients into blender. Blend till ingredients are just mixed. Pour into a greased pie pan. Bake at 425ºF for 15 minutes. Lower oven to 350ºF and continue cooking for 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
