    Peanut Butter: Frozen Peanut Butter Chiffon Pie

    List of Ingredients

    2 ounces semisweet chocolate
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    2 cups coconut, shredded
    3 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    9 ounces cool whip, thawed
    3 tablespoons finely chopped peanuts

    Recipe

    Melt chocolate and butter in small saucepan. Stir in 1/4 cup peanut butter. Add coconut; mix thoroughly. Press into pie pan; freeze until ready to use. Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in 1/3 cup peanut butter and sugar. Gradually add milk, blending thoroughly. Fold whipped topping into mixture; pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Freeze until firm; cover with foil until ready to serve. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before cutting.
