    Banana: Hawaiian Banana Butterscotch Pie

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups sliced bananas
    1 Keebler graham piecrust
    2 packages instant butterscotch pudding
    1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
    2 1/3 cups water
    1/2 cup cool whip lite
    1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
    2 tablespoons chopped pecans
    1 tablespoon flaked coconut

    Recipe

    Layer bananas in bottom of piecrust (first mix them with 1 tsp lemon juice to prevent browning). In medium bowl, combine 1 package dry pudding mix, 2/3 c. dry milk powder and 1 1/3 c. water. Mix well using wire whisk. Pour pudding mix evenly over bananas. Refrigerate while preparing topping. In same bowl, combine remaining dry pudding, remaining 2/3 c. dry milk and remaining 1c. water. Mix well and then blend in cool whip and coconut extract. Spread topping mix evenly over set layer. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut. Evenly sprinkle crumb mix over top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into 8 servings.
