    Peach: Peach Crunch Pie

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    5 cups sliced peaches
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 cup sifted flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup cold butter
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe

    Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, peach and lemon juice. Turn peach mixture into pastry shell (9 inch, unbaked). Dot with 2 Tbsp butter. Combine with pastry blender the flour, sugar, and butter. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle this topping mixture over peaches. Cut foil circle to fit top of pie and bake at 400ºF for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
