    Mint: Peppermint Cloud Pie

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups cooked rice
    1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
    1 cup milk
    1/3 cup crushed peppermint candies
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
    chocolate crumb crust
    1/4 cup fudge sauce, warmed

    Recipe

    Combine rice, marshmallows, milk and candy pieces in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Set aside to cool completely. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Drizzle with warm fudge sauce before serving.
