    Raisin: Rum Raisin Cream Pie

    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 small pkg instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    1 cup raisins
    1 teaspoon rum extract
    1 cup whipped topping
    1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch

    Recipe

    In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in the raisins and rum extract. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
