Strawberry: Strawberry Cheesecake Pie

List of Ingredients

1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup oil
2 ready made graham crusts
strawberries

FILLING:
32 ounces plain yogurt, drained 24 hours
1 3/4 tablespoons arrowroot powder
2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

GLAZE:
1/2 cup strawberries, crushed
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
cornstarch


Recipe

Melt chocolate chips with oil. Pour into crusts until each is coated with thin covering. Set aside to cool. Mix together filling ingredients and pour into crusts, baking at 300ºF for 40 minutes or until set. Cool. Top with strawberries. Combine glaze ingredients and cook until thickened. Cool and pour over pie. Chill and garnish with whipped cream. Makes 2 pies.
