    Bread Pudding: Bread & Butter Custard Pudding

    Get quart casserole. Heat oven 400 degrees. Greased sides of casserole.

    Take 4 bread slices, butter (use 6 if you want to)
    Seedless raisins
    2 eggs beaten
    1 1/2 cup milk

    Place 1 bread butter side down in the 1 quart casserole, Sprinkle with a few raisins, if you want. Then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Repeat with 2 more layers. Top with the last butter bread slice, butter side up. Beat eggs with milk, pour over bread. Sprinkle top with more cinnamon and sugar. Bake 40 minutes or until puffy and golden. Makes 3 servings.
