    Caramelized Cream Rice

    3 tablespoons rice
    1 pint milk
    4 ounces sugar
    1/4 pint water

    Recipe



    Place rice and milk into the top of a double boiler. Boil 2 1/2-3 hours stirring occasionally until it is as thick cream. Boil sugar and water without stirring until it is browned, fold through the creamy rice. Serve with cream.
