    Custard: Microwave Baked Custard

    List of Ingredients

    1 3/4 cups milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe

    Beat ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into 4 or 5 custard cups, that have been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Cook uncovered for 4 1/2-5 1/2 minutes on high until they bubble. Cool and refrigerate.
