    Bread Pudding: Peach Bread Pudding

    List of Ingredients

    4 c Day old bread cubes
    3 Eggs
    1 1/2 c Milk
    1/3 c Sugar
    1/2 ts Almond extract
    1 cn Peach pie filling

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350. Spread bread cubes into greased 9" square pan. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and extract. Stir in 1 Cup of the pie filling. Pour over bread cubes, pressing custard down into bread cubes with back of a spoon. Bake 30-40 minutes. Use knife test. Heat remaining pie filling and serve over top. Serves 6

    Serving Ideas : Top with whipped cream or pour over about 2 T cream

    NOTES : may substitute apple pie filling
