    Blueberry Cream Tart

    List of Ingredients

    10 inch baked tart shell
    2 ounces white baking bar, chopped
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 cups blueberries

    Recipe

    Prepare and bake tart shell. Melt white baking bar; cool slightly. Gradually stir into cream in large bowl. Beat cream mixture on medium speed until stiff peaks form; spoon into tart shell. Top with blueberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Remove rim of pan before serving. Refrigerate any remaining tart. Serves 10.
