    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces light cream cheese -- softened
    7 ounces marshmallow cream
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple in juice -- drained
    1 teaspoon orange zest
    1/2 teaspoon orange liqueur -- or orange concentrate
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients, stir well. Cover and chill. Yields 2 cups. NOTES : 1 tbsp /pt
